Charles Henry Dress (similar-here under $60!), BP Sunnies (here), Aldo Shoes (here)

Open sleeved dress have become one of my favorite pieces to invest in this summer. There’s something so classy and feminine about a floral dress. Plus add in an open sleeve and you’ve got yourself the perfect little number! A floral dress can be dressed up with some heels or dressed down with a classic white shoe. I love versatile pieces that I can easily transform into a whole other look.

This weekend was spent sleeping in and lounging around various coffee cafes. This past week was my first week at my new job as the Marketing Manager for a fabric company and I’m beat! Getting up at 6am everyday is something I’m getting use to. I wish I was a natural ‘morning person’, but I’m just not. I’ve always been a night owl, always will. But that being said, I love the feeling of being up before everyone else and the peacefulness that comes with it. It’s those first 30 mins after the alarm goes off that tempts me to press snooze and wake up at noon! Regardless, that’s what weekends are for-sleeping in and decompressing. Hope you all are having a good Sunday. xx

Stepping into Spring

As of late, sneakers have channeled its inner high school jock.  Athletic, laid-back, and this try-hard-to-look-like-you-didn’t-try style.  It’s a communal fantasy that has us believing everyday is a Sunday morning.  With our loose (but neatly tousled) low bun, oversized (but still tailored) white Theory button down, distressed mid-rise Acne Studios boyfriend jeans (but you don’t have a […]

Petal to the Metal

From feminine florals to mirrored metallics, Spring 2016 embraces the mix of the dichotomus two for a serious sleek vibe. Pair your favorite floral jumper with high-top metallic sneakers for a fresh off the runway look or opt for a more breezy style with a loose floral skirt coupled with a metallic stiletto.  Whatever your […]
